Where any member allows his or her card to be used by a non-member, such non-member shall be denied access to, or removed from, the House and the member whose card was used may face suspension or termination of their own membership.

Some Houses require that children become a member of that House in order to access certain services. To preserve this casual environment, members should refrain from corporate entertaining and wearing corporate attire at the House. Members are also responsible for ensuring their guests abide by this rule. Doing so may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
Texting is permitted and calls may be made in designated areas within the House. Please ensure that your guests adhere to our phone policy. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests also abide by this rule. The House reserves the right to take possession of and confiscate any mobile phone, camera, video or other recording device and any photos, videos or other recorded images used or taken while on House premises.
Internet calls must only take place in designated areas. Members will be held accountable if they or their guests disclose or identify any other members or guests who are in the House in the public domain, whether in any press or social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and on personal blogs. Similarly, members and their guests must refrain from identifying or describing any private hire or member event occurring on House premises. No member or guest shall purchase, sell, use or possess any object which is illegal or offensive while on House premises or in the immediate vicinity thereof.
There are no credit facilities. Where we close part of the House for private events, please honour and respect the privacy of all private events occurring in the House and refrain from communicating any information about the event to third parties in any medium.
Where all or part of the House is closed for maintenance, repair or redecoration work, or where we need to withdraw facilities or services because we consider that they may pose a risk to the health or safety of our members, guests or staff, or that they are detrimental to the business, we will seek to ensure that any such area, facility or service is reinstated as soon as practicable.
If you take part in these interviews or events, you agree that we may use your name, image and limited other information and consent to us publishing any materials produced by, or for us, for any purpose without your further consent and you waive your right to receive any payment from us in connection with such publication.
Please be aware that some of our Houses are set in open country with lakes and other natural features that can be hazardous. If, over a two-month period, you use another club more than your home club, we have the right to transfer your membership to the club you use most often and this may affect your membership fees.
If you have single-club membership, you can only use your home club. If you have off-peak membership, you can use your home club during limited times only. Before joining, please make sure you are aware of all of the membership options and which club or clubs your membership allows you to use, including club tiers and access times. To cancel your membership for medical reasons, you will need to give us notice see term 14 below and provide the documents we ask for as proof of the change in your circumstances by the end of the month in order to cancel your membership at the end of that same month.
During the initial membership term, you must continue to pay your membership fees each month until you have provided evidence of your change in circumstance and we are satisfied with it. We will refund any fees you have paid upfront for a membership period that has not yet passed once your cancellation has taken effect. If you pay your membership fees monthly by direct debit, you can cease your membership at, or to coincide with, the end of your initial minimum term. If you wish to renew into a new membership with no change of plan type, you need do nothing more, your payments under your new membership will continue for the same term and will be collected by direct debit.
You can ask to cancel your membership and give us notice by providing your membership details: We will send or give you confirmation once we have processed your cancellation. This could be by email, letter or a receipt from the club, depending on how you tell us you want to cancel your membership. Please tell us if you do not receive this.
You are responsible for cancelling your direct debit once we have processed your cancellation and any payments relating to notice periods have been taken. We are entitled to keep any membership fees we receive if you have not cancelled your direct debit instruction with your bank and you have not given us valid notice to cancel your membership.
We may change our gym etiquette if this is reasonably necessary. We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced. There may be occasions where we have to close all, or part of, the gym where you train. In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to any partial or full refund. We will endeavour to advise you in advance where possible, unless the issue is urgent or an emergency.
